WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- The season opening International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) Summit Sportsman Spectacular kicks off in one week March 22-24 with exciting double race weekends at Xtreme Raceway Park, Ferris, Texas and Farmington Dragway, Mocksville, N.C. The double race weekends are tailored to Xtreme Raceway Park and Farmington Dragway’s weekly racing program.
Farmington Dragway features Top (Mod) competitors competing for a $5,000 purse Moser Engineering Saturday and Battle Born Batteries Sunday. Footbrake (No Mod) competitors will be competing for a $2,500 purse on Moser Engineering Saturday and Sunday. Also, in action during the weekend will be Junior Dragsters and Street.
Xtreme Raceway Park features Super Pro and Pro competing for a $1,200 purse on Moser Engineering Saturday and $2,000 purse on Battle Born Batteries Sunday. Also, in action during the weekend will be Junior Dragsters, Street and Quick 16.
